Aevana Beauty 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to absolutely love your glow. If you're not satisfied with your Aevana Beauty purchase for any reason, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

💌 How to Request a Return or Refund

To begin the return process, email our support team at support@aevanabeauty.com within 30 days of your order.
We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions for next steps.

Please include your order number, which can be found in your confirmation email, shipping confirmation, or packing slip.


Return Eligibility (Important)

To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must meet all of the following:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • All accessories, components, or bundled items must be included

  • The return must be shipped using the Aevana-provided return label (if applicable)

  • The product must be in resellable condition


⚠️ Used Product Policy (Hygiene & Safety)

Due to strict hygiene and safety standards for cosmetic products, opened or used items cannot be returned for a refund unless:

  • The wrong item was received, or

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

In these rare cases, Aevana Beauty will determine whether a return is required or whether a “keep-and-refund” exception will be issued.

Once a product has been opened, applied, or used — even once — it is not eligible for a refund based on performance, sensation, or personal preference.


🔄 Incorrect or Wrong Items Received

If you received the wrong item, shade, or variant:

  • We will make it right with either a replacement or a refund for that item only

  • Depending on the situation, Aevana may or may not require the incorrect item to be returned

  • Refunds apply only to the affected item, not the entire order

This protects our customers while ensuring fair and consistent policies for all.


💸 Refunds for Multiple Items in an Order

Refunds are provided per affected item. Receiving a replacement or refund for one item does not qualify the entire order for a full refund unless all items are:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In their original packaging

  • Returned to Aevana Beauty in resellable condition

Used, sampled, or opened products do not qualify for full-order refunds.


🌍 International Orders

For non-U.S. customers:

  • Refund/return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, and customs fees

  • Refunds exclude duties, taxes, and original shipping charges

  • A 10% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns

  • Pre-paid return labels are issued only for damaged or incorrect items


📦 Return Shipping Labels

  • Aevana provides prepaid return labels for defective, damaged, or incorrect items

  • For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping
